Returns & Exchanges Policy

Made to order and made to measure designs are final sale.  This includes all Humans We Love wedding dresses and handmade fine jewelry on the site.

Humans We Love Vintage Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy:

Your refund must be requested within 3 calendar days and shipped within 7 calendar days.  Exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days, and shipped back within 7 calendar days after that. Please note: Resized rings are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Veerah Shoes Return and Exchange Policy: 

You have 14 days since the order was received to initiate a return or exchange. Once the return shipping label is provided, it will expire in another 14 days.  To be eligible for a return, goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, and final sale styles are not eligible for return. To proceed, please email help@veerah.com with the subject 'Returns' or ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. You will receive a return ship label for your shoes, free of charge.

BHAVA Shoes Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days. Please email support@bhavastudio.com with order # and reason for return or exchange. Exchanges within the US are FREE. Non-US returns and exchanges must be returned by customer.

Hyde Nor Hare Candles cannot be returned.  Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not permitted.  We take great care in packing your candles for transit, however, if your product arrives damaged or is defective, refunds will be provided.  Please contact hello@hydenorhare.com and submit photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
